What's Covered (Cheers to That)
- ✓ Defects in craftsmanship or materials
- ✓ Issues from the manufacturing process
- ✓ Structural failure of clasps, chains, or settings due to craftsmanship
What's Not Covered (Even Champagne Has Its Limits)
- ✕ Normal wear and tear — scratches, fading, or tarnishing of metals and pearls
- ✕ Damage from improper care, harsh chemicals, water, or a little too much excitement
- ✕ Lost or stolen items
- ✕ Third-party repairs or modifications
How to Pop the Cork on a Warranty Claim
Think your piece has a craftsmanship issue we should know about? Email us with your order details and photos. If it's approved, we'll repair or replace it free of charge, on the house. If the original design has sailed off into the sunset, we'll hook you up with store credit toward something just as fabulous. And if your issue's outside the warranty, no worries, we'll send over a repair quote so the party doesn't have to stop.
